Overview
 

Biodiesel is a clean-burning, renewable alternative to petroleum-based diesel made from natural, renewable, sustainable sources, such as vegetable oils.  This fully renewable fuel reduces our dependence on foreign oil, creates jobs, and improves economic and environmental conditions in local communities.

Golden Leaf Energy, Inc. produces biodiesel and distributes to commercial clients, including the Louisiana Hollywood film production industry.  The company operates a 2.2 million gallon, multi-feed stock facility in Southeast Louisiana.
